All products are packaged for 2 or more servings – 1-serving packaging will incur additional charges as stated.

Custom Processing
Hogs:	All Weights:  $1.09 per pound, includes all cutting & wrapping - $109.00 minimum $1.19 cents per pound for curing and smoking -  $10.00 minimum $0.25 cents per pound for sausage Hang Only: $15.00, 7 days or less; $20.00, 7 days or more
Lambs:	$109.00 flat fee – bone-in or boneless; Add $8.00 for 1-serving pkgs. Hang Only: $15.00, 7 days or less; $20.00, 7 days or more
Fish:	$1.79 per pound; $10.00 minimum
Grind Only:	$1.19 cents per pound, $10.00 minimum – Bulk packaging
Grind and Wrap:	$1.79 cents per pound, 1# pkgs.  $15.00 minimum – 1 pound packages

Cutting and Wrapping
Cutting and Wrapping:	Customer Product $1.69 cents per pound for cutting and wrapping $1.19/lb. Wrap only

Custom Smoking
Pork:	$1.19 cents per pound for curing and smoking PLUS $1.39 cents per pound including cutting and packaging
Turkeys and Geese:	$1.19 cents per pound for curing and smoking - $12.00 minimum (10#) $5.00 each to vacuum seal $35.00 to carve and vacuum seal
Ducks And Pheasants:	$5.00 each; $1.50 each to vacuum seal
