Roseville Meat Company is pleased to announce we are now offering Custom Smoking of Fish! Have Your Own Recipe? Bring it to us and we’ll give it a try! Bring us your salmon, halibut, or any fish and we can smoke it for you. $3.49/lb. based on starting weight (filets or whole) One Side and $10.00 Minimum
