We are now accepting orders for your special Christmas dinner – Prime Rib – USDA Choice or Prime (limited supply); all roasts are cradled (meaning the rib rack is cut off and tied back on with string so carving is easy) and either plain ready for your own seasoning or seasoned in our own special house blend. No Prime Rib for you? How about a nice Crown Pork Roast, or a Filet Roast – USDA Choice or Prime, or a Turducken, or a bone-in “David Henry” ham, smoked right here at Roseville Meat Co. There are endless possibilities, if your family does something unique, let us know and if we can prepare it for you, we will. NOTE! Last Day To Pre-Order is Dec. 17th!
